Studio Pinprick was established as an interdisciplinary art duo by artist and interior architect Hayrettin Taşkaya and artist and art historian İsmail Dönmez in 2021. The duo evaluates current topics, socio-cultural issues, gender, politics, human rights. 

Among current image bombardment, they reflect the problematic and questionable subjects on their productions with the Punch technique in this chaotic universe that we start to lose our human side. Also, they exhibit their productions in digital, imaginary places prepared in a computer environment.

With the production technique being traditional handicraft, they recycle waste and ready-made objects instead of just the canvas surface, and evaluate them in a conceptual dimension through past and future, old and new, traditional and digital arts and designs.
